📆 As we moved into June, Valley Glen kept its momentum—showing signs of being of the strongest market in our valley, despite shifts across the wider region. Let’s take a closer look.
For the month of July 2025, the Valley Glen market recorded 19 active listings and 6 homes sold—a stable pace that reflects continued demand and growing confidence among both buyers and sellers.
Now, zooming in on our immediate neighborhood:
We had 10 active listings and 3 sold—a solid indicator that our local market remains healthy and attractive heading into the end of summer.
🏡 Valley Glen is holding its ground, and we’re expecting even more momentum as the season continues to unfold.
